Me and my friends went to Nihonryōri last saturday July 21, 2018 around 9pm
The chef noticed us and gave us some recommendation on their menu.
After some time of thinking,
We ordered 2 Shoyu ramen, 1 Kani Miso and katsu don.
Too bad their gyoza is not unavailable during our visit
While waiting for the foods that we ordered, I saw the chef who also happens to be the owner preparing our dish.

The Chef was preparing the dishes with utmost care and excellence

I had a conversation with the chef. He told me that he was taught how to cook ramen by a real Japanese Chef. He also order hand made ramen noodle and gyoza from the Japanese chef and He uses the genuine japanese ramen ingredients like mirin, sake and soy milk.

Shoyu Ramen

Shoyu Ramen

Shoyu means soy sauce in Japanese. The ramen is consist of vegetables, egg and pork. The chef told me that he uses Soy milk for the broth that's why it taste creamy with a touch of saltiness in it. Overall the Shoyu ramen taste Delicious

Kani Miso Ramen

Kani Miso ramen consist of egg and crab meat sticks. Miso is made out of fermented soybeans giving the ramen a strong smell. It also has a very full savory and creamy flavor. I like their Miso ramen more than the shoyu.

R. Reyes Pizza Hub - The newest pizza parlor in malabon

R. Reyes PIZZA HUB McArthur Malabon  One of the newest pizza parlor in Malabon City. Pizza hub offers a large variety of pizzas. They also offer pastas, chickens and mojos The place was crowded during night. We went to pizza hub on a Thursday night around 7 pm. Good thing is people are not staying that long, they just eat and go. What I loved most in their menu is  Mojos. The crispy golden brown fried potatoes that taste so good on every bite.   We ordered two flavors of pizza the first one is bacon special for the price of 160 pesos, I think its worth to try. What I do not like about their pizza is the crust, for me it is too soft. Next is 2 cheese for only 120 pesos. I really like this flavor because of the amount of cheese they put.  We ordered all kinds of pasta that they have. The taste of their Carbonara is quite good for the price of 65 pesos. The amount o...
