After some time of thinking, We ordered 2 Shoyu ramen, 1 Kani Miso and katsu don. Too bad their gyoza is not unavailable during our visit While waiting for the foods that we ordered, I saw the chef who also happens to be the owner preparing our dish. The Chef was preparing the dishes with utmost care and excellence I had a conversation with the chef. He told me that he was taught how to cook ramen by a real Japanese Chef. He also order hand made
